Lena Lottsfeldt
Lena's life has always been surrounded by horses and infused with art. Her parents, both talented creatives in their own way, encouraged her to explore different artistic mediums. From an early age, they nurtured her ability to express herself, and her mother placed a camera in her hands, teaching her to capture the world as she saw it.
Art has been a constant in Lena’s life, but her first dream was to become a professional equestrian. She dedicated herself to that pursuit, but due to injuries, she had to reconsider her path. Stepping away from the horse world, she followed her creative instincts, eventually studying acting in Los Angeles. However, her love for horses remained, and in time, she returned to them—and to her art with renewed focus.
Lena's work is centered on the spirit, expression, and character of horses. Whether it’s the powerful elegance of a dressage horse, a swift polo pony chasing the ball, or a playful foal in the field, she seeks to capture their energy, trust, and the deep bond they share with humans. She primarily works in acrylic and oil but also finds inspiration through photography, always seeking to capture moments that she later translates into her art.
Born in Partille, Sweden, Lena has lived in many places and is currently based in Wellington, FL, USA.Write your text here...
